Port 9790 on two NAS Synology

I found a solution to my issue, but it was a bit by chance and I don't understand why it works, it must be said that I don't know much about networking.

If I connect to NAS 1 by its IP address, I can modify the settings of minimserver installed on NAS 1.
Likewise, by connecting to the NAS 2 by its IP address I can modify the parameters of the corresponding minimserver.

The ports of both minimservers is 9790 and I have not defined a port in my Box router.
