Cannot Install Minimserver

Cannot Install Minimserver
I have installed java and ran the installation for minimserver and minimwatch. When I click the icon to run the server I get an unins000.exe message asking if I want to run this ... if I click yes it runs the uninstaller.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting, but nothing works ... why will this not install?
