MinimWatch uses the IP address of the device that is being used to run it (for example, a Windows PC).
Please check the subnet mask of the Melco. To do this, use the front panel to select Settings > Network > LAN Port > Fixed IP. Click through the first screen (IP Address). The second screen (Subnet Mask) shows your current subnet mask. After reading this information, click the back arrow on the front panel several times to get back to the LAN Port page. This should still be showing DHCP. What did you see for the Subnet Mask value? |
