Not that I know what I am talking about really, but...
could the router have some strange DHCP setting so that it keeps juggling the addresses of all the stuff on the network. I had a similar problem with my last Virgin media router. So I excluded DHCP from the first 50 addresses, and reserved addresses for everything in my house to below 50. I am told this action may also reduce noise on the network (not forever sending signals confirming addresses). But Browney3d, as I say, I may be speaking with forked tongue. It sounds to me as if you need to call on an expert to visit your home. Don't give up. It is almost certainly no fault of Minimserver per se. Donuk, Sunny Downtown York |
