Profile Settings Confusion

I understand your querying whether I am using the correct links, and there might be some confusion on my part so I deleted the profile, checked the included content, then reimported.

   
   
   

Now I get an error when first imported but not thereafter.
   

The convolver and transcode settings have been applied after receiving forum feedback.
So my next question is how do I resolve the error?
