Thanks also for this information. Because local files are playing OK (with or without transcoding by MinimStreamer/ffmpeg ) and network streams do not play (with or without transcoding by MinimStreamer/ffmpeg), I don't think the problem with internet radio streams is caused by the stream converter program (ffmpeg). It is more likely to be caused by a problem with the network settings on your NAS.

When I return home, I will check the network settings on my Synology NAS and post them here.
