I don't know if it would be a bug or a feature request.

Yes, it seems to lose the OpenHome proxy. I've not tried it with MinimServer so will do so and see if that stabilizes it.
Proxying MinimServer won't help with losing the WiiM proxy in BubbleUPnP. The only affect proxying MinimServer will have is instead of the renderer receiving a URL served by MinimServer that contains the actual path and filename of the track, it will instead recieve one from BubbleUPnP server that looks like a hash, possibly of the path and filename.

From MinimServer:
Code:
http://xxx.xxx.x.xx:9790/minimserver/*/MUSIC/Adele/2008*20-*2019*20(Expanded*20Edition)/CD01/01.01.flac
From BubbleUPnP:
Code:
http://xxx.xxx.x.xx:58050/stream/audio/35cab99d60950d4842a265fda2bffc60.flac
Because the WiiM can't handle periods in the last 3 letters of the filename (excluding the period and file extension) it fails to play the first resource, but will play the latter.

Whilst proxying MinimServer does help to address the WiiM bug, I create playlists in BubbleUPnP and have a script that converts them into .m3u8 playlists for hosting in MinimServer, and without the real filenames I can't do that.

I'm surprised you're having problems with the WiiM proxy; I've kept an eye on mine for the best part of the last week and it's UUID has stayed the same so it hasn't lost it's OpenHome features - although I do have Chromecast disabled.
How often are you losing it? Does the non-OpenHome WiiM appear back in the BubbleUPnP renderers list (this assumes you're hiding it).

Might be worth looking at the configuration.xml to see how many definitions you have in there for the WiiM:
Code:
<entry udn="FF98....">
    <renderer>
        <openHomeEnable>true</openHomeEnable>
        <openHomeName>WiiM Pro</openHomeName>
        ....
    </renderer>
</entry>

I've seen this behaviour on Chromecast devices before so it's not new, but for me it seems to be when they've had a firmware update, so I only encounter it once a month or so.
I did toy with the idea of scheduling a script to update the configuration.xml to enable the OpenHome proxy, but it's never been a big enough problem for me to address.
