Uniti Atom stops when playing album from NAS

Usually a cable connection should be more stable than the wireless way. I would prefer using the cable. If the problems come back with the cable you could try another cable or check all other cables or switches between the naim and the NAS.

When using the naim app the playlist should be stored and managed inside the naim streamer. So you can set the ipad offline (turn of wifi or activate flight mode) without any problems in track advancing. So I do not think it is a control point issue.

But if the problems do not occur with the synology media server it probably is not a network issue.
