This is probably a virtual network adapter created by another application that is being picked up by MinimWatch. To make MinimWatch select the correct subnet, you need to set the ohnet.subnet property for MinimWatch by selecting Options > Properties (watch). For more information about this, see this section.

The subnet mismatch explains why MinimWatch is not seeing MinimServer. When you have this working, you should be able to use MinimWatch to install and configure MinimStreamer.

I have tested with Buster, so the problem is likely to be with VNC.

The best solution will be either to fix the subnet issue and get MinimWatch working or to install your ffmpeg.exe file in the correct location on Windows (see post #13).
