Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

I have MinimServer 2 succesfully loaded and running on the pi, clear instructions. I've enabled desktop icon, and autorestart, restart works, server comes staright back up, and it see's my radio folder. I've activated the trial. But I can't access the pakages to install MinimStreamer which is slightly annoying. i have no coloured icon in taskbar, although when I click "rescan" I see a momemtary drop down icon as in screenshot, but it's not right clickable to access Configure, to add streamer package. please see screenshot. I can acces the MinimServer Pi license aggreement page on both the PC and the Pi, just cant install the streamer. Ive also installed Miniwatch on the PC but it's greyed out so no help, and from the logs it says..

Not sure where this address comes from 192.168.12.0 ? it's not on my network.
and I'm using VNC and raspberry version is Stretch.

Edit- Oh and your Minimwatch setup guide page has a 404 Not Found page.
