The only solution is to remove Java 19 and install Java 18 instead. You will then be able to start MinimServer. After MinimServer has started, it will automatically apply the latest update (update 220). After this, you could go back to Java 19 if you wish but there is no advantage in doing this.

When MinimServer is running, you will be able to choose a content directory by clicking Properties from the minim icon on the menu bar.

However, with your setup a better approach would be to install and run MinimServer on your QNAP NAS and run MinimWatch instead of MinimServer on your Mac. For information about how to do this, see this page. Make sure you have Java 18 installed before you start MinimWatch.
