I understand and the likely cause is a network discovery issue (see the page I linked in my previous post). Does your router have IGMP snooping enabled? If it is enabled, is there a setting to disable it?

It is also worth trying powering all your network equipment off and on using the sequence described on the linked page. This often resolves problems like this.
