Minimserver on QNAP not running after HD expansion

Minimwatch does not now show MinimServer on my TS-251B HBS backup server, but does on my TS-253A main server, after years of showing both

MinimServer icon is green
Clicking Open brings up a Welcome to MinimServer page, which leads to a status page with no error messages...
