Question about the licence model and browsing through music

I have searched for other peculiarities in the problematic audio files and compared them with the files that are displayed correctly:

All files that are displayed correctly have an album name and a track number in the tags.

All files that are displayed incorrectly are missing these two elements.

Unfortunately, I had not noticed this before because I had to realise that I had made a small mistake in the test setup.

So I gave one file a dummy album tag and a dummy track number as a test.
And lo and behold: The track is no longer displayed incorrectly under "Artists"!

How can I get around this without having to create a dummy album or a dummy track number for each track?
