From an initial very quick look it doesn't look like any file after 41 has a discnumber, is that correct?

Also, unless 'file' behaves differently on the NAS it appears that you're actually using Vorbis Comments, as I'd expect to see something like

if it had ID3 tags in it.

EDIT: Also the ALBUM and ALBUMARTIST tags differs from track 30

I assume you're browsing by folder as this would otherwise cause a problem in MinimServer.
