If you open App Center on the QNAP interface and select My Apps, do you see a green MinimServer icon with an Open button? if you click this Open button, do you see the MinimServer configuration web page?

Please give more details about which MinimServer parameters you have set on your MacBook are not being picked up on your iPad Mini 2. Are you using the iPad Mini 2 to run a control point app to browse your MinimServer library? If so, which control point app is this?
