Latest download link (windows) - trojan detected

That's windows defender autoscan on download. I tried thrice with the same output.
I've downloaded it from macos (can not download it with any windows I own) and submitted it to virus total, the result is accessible here: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/fb10...?nocache=1

Good news is that it's a false positive. Bad news is that somehow I (and maybe all windows user) can't download it right now :/
