Instances do not match item count...

This has recently occurred. I have a Synology instance & a Mac instance of MinimServer. The item counts do not match and I have the properties set the same. I copied & pasted the properties from one to the other and rescanned. I also rebooted my Mac.

In my Mac instance, there are 10240 items & in my Synology instance there are 10318 items. I tried to figure out what's going on...The album count is 850 for both instances.

I have and album by Pat Metheny & Lyle Mays As Falls Wichita, So Falls Wichita Falls. The track "It's For You" has " in the title and I think this may have something to do with the issue.

My problem is how can I find the other 77 tracks that are not in the Mac instance? At one time the the item count was equal. I tried pulling the Pat Metheny CD into my MetaDatics app to see what's going on and the It's For You Track does not import into the app yet it shows up in the list for the album in my Synology instance. Any suggestions...
