The recommended value for http.port is 9790 and for ohnet.port (if set) is 9791 (i.e., the other way round from what you said in your post).

On the Synology DS1513+, you need to set the ohnet.subnet property as described in this post. If you don't have this set, this might be the cause of the problem.

If setting ohnet.subnet doesn't fix the problem, please post a more detailed description of the problem. What exactly isn't working?
