How are you doing the copies back and forth between C: and the caddy drive?
With a partition manager (take your pick). Copy & paste. What exactly do you do when you amend the BCD? BCDBOOT C:\WINDOWS /S C: /F ALL As far as Windows is concerned the BCD does not affect any installed software. One of these is causing the problem. With a bit more detailed information I should be able to work out which of these it is. |
