MinimStreamer package not present in options box in MinimWatch

I've activated a trial licence for MinimServer on my Synology DS1819+ running DSM 7.0.1-42218. MinimWatch has been installed on a PC running a fully updated Windows 10 pro.
I have been attempting to install MinimStreamer but the package is not listed in the available list (this list is empty) and on attempting to provide the name in the dialog, an error message 'resource not available....' in red characters is thrown.
Guidance would be welcome.
