Too much tagging information - how do I remove the unwanted excess

Well, what can I say? I created a text file named NickD.profile using Notepad (using ANSI encoding otherwise it will not save with the correct file extension). This was then imported into MinimServer and set as my default profile. A rescan then accepted it and all looks great using the Cambridge StreamMagic app, just how I want it!

I may not bother with MinimWatch if I know I can do things this way. There is no icon in the system tray and despite having tried several things, cannot get it to work, nor does Jarfix do anything either.
