After adding new files or changing any tags in your files (either manually or with SongKong), you need to do a MinimServer rescan. To do this, use the Melco front panel to select Settings > Music Database > Rescan Songs and Playlists. This will come back with a message saying Finished. This message is misleading as the rescan has not yet finished. (Melco are aware of this issue.)

When the rescan has finished, you should see the correct contents of your library in your control point app. Which control point app are you using?
