Thanks for this. Some of these processes should not be running and this is the cause of the problem. I suggest you reboot the machine. MinimServer should start automatically (if you have enabled this using setup) and you should not get the error about the MinimServer package not being found.

You might get a red icon for your content directory. If you do, right-click the red icon and select Properties, then enter the correct content directory in the properties dialog and select Restart from the red icon.
