Yes, I meant to say /home/alastair/minimserver/minimserver-2.0.18/lib. As you say, all looks OK there including the minimserver-2.0.18.jmpkg and minimserver-2.0.136.jar files.

While MinimServer is showing the red icon, please run the following command from a terminal window and post the results here:

ps -ef | grep mserver
