New installation teething problems

Hi Simon,
Did as you suggested and after starting the app from my desktop I now have the red icon back. This is what the log states:-

MinimServer package not found

I think there are remains of earlier attempts still lurking.
Looking at Properties>Packages tab there is nothing installed.
