Minimserver not finding new music

Do you mean the folder which contains the music-files or do you mean the folder "MinimServer". The music-files-folder has under permissions no MinimServer and there is no button to "Create". (Attachment below)

These opportunities I only have in the folder "Minimserver". (Attachment below)
