Are you running both MinimServer and MinimWatch on the same Windows PC? If so, you should uninstall MinimWatch as this isn't needed when MinimServer is running on the same machine. MinimWatch would be needed if you are running MinimServer on another device such as a NAS.

If the MinimServer icon in the sytem tray is green and the right-click menu selections are working (for example, Properties and Show log), this means that MinimServer is running.

Please post the complete contents of what you see in the MinimServer log window when you start MinimServer.
