Synology docker - host package restarts

Hi

I've been using Minimserver2 in a Docker container on DSM for a month and it works fine. I only need one server instance, so I've stopped the Minimserver package on the host. However, this doesn't persist: it restarts, not sure when, maybe on a host reboot.

Did I miss something in the installation instructions?
