Unable To Launch Minimwatch On Windows PC

Hi.
I have just updated from MinimServer 0.8 to MinimServer2 Limited Edition on my QNAP NAS and this is running fine.
I have downloaded Minimwatch 2 onto my Windows 10 PC following the instructions on the MinimServer web site to replace the exsiting Mininmwatch that was being used. However when I click on the icon on my desktop it will not launch and no icon is appearing in my task bar.
How do I get it launch and get the icon back in my task bar?
