You could try disabling Openhome for the renderer in question.
Then check with the Lumin app. The renderer should no longer be present.

However, if you still have one entry, this may suggest another instance of BubbleUPNP server is present on your network enabling an Openhome renderer.

Finally, enable Openhome for the renderer.
