Minimserver 2 on Pi

My second attempt at an answer... it looks like you removed the previous installation partly but not completely and this is confusing the new setup script. I suggest you run the command

rm -rf .minimserver

and then run minimserver/bin/setup again.

For future reference, the recommended way to move up to a new version is with the minimserver/bin/update command (see step 5 of this section).
