Hmm, in that case, the tag changes you performed may not have changed the file modification date.
MinimServer will only detect changes if this date changes between rescans.

MinimServer has a configuration setting which can override this requirement.
However, I don't think it is available through the Melco menu screen, only through MinimWatch.

The Melco quickstart link, from an earlier post, contains a section describing how to download, install and run MinimWatch.

The property to change is startupScan setting it to Full

edit - after the rescan, set the property setting back to False

If this resolves the issue, you should check the tagging program to see if you can get it to change the file modification dates when tags are updated.
