Thanks for this. There are some inconsistencies between these files and this might be the cause of the integrity errors.

a) The minimserver.log file says you have a starter license but the minimserver.config.error file says you have a full license.
b) If you have a starter license, the default.profile values are wrong. Some of these values should only be there if you have a full license.

Please try doing the following:

1) Select Relaunch from the MinimWatch minim icon
2) When MinimServer restarts, select Configure from the the MinimWatch minim icon
3) On the configuration web page, select the License tab. This should show that you have a full license.
4) On the configuration web page, select the Profiles tab, then select View. Check to make sure the settings shown for the default profile are as you expect.

If all looks good so far, stop MinimServer in the Package Center and start it again. Repeat the above checks. Is everything OK this time?
