FLAC Files with the "≫" Character in File Name Won't Play

Below is the text of the original CD rip log file for CD11 of the "Get Shown the Light" box set. This log confirms that I used my Windows PC to rip and that the ripping program, dBpoweramp, substituted "≫" for ">" in the file names for tracks 01 to 05 (as I would not have known how to type "≫" and if I did, I would not have done so).
