I am not sure what you mean by "the fifth column".
Can you make some screenshots to clarify how you did this and what the results are?
Maybe the table is aligning differently for you.

Essentially just replace '/' (U+002F slash) with '/' (U+FF0F fullwidth solidus) e.t.c.
Now that the album name doesn't have an illegal character (for file/folder names) in it, foobar can generate a matching folder structure.

It could be that your tag editor or control point doesn't have unicode support.

There are better matches visually (with some fonts U+2215 ∕ DIVISION SLASH looks much better) but I wanted my replacements to be officially compatible.

The attached picture shows what the different versions of slash look like.
Ok, I use dBpoweramp and Mp3tag, looks very different from Foobar.
I don’t know whether it is possible to use Unicode using these editors.
You say Foobar generates a matching folder structure, does this mean AC/DC is presented as AC/DC in folderview?
