How did you achieve this?
I tried Simons method and this works but in folderview AC/DC shows up as ACDC.
I tried to use the unicode method you suggested and this shows up exactly the way I write it down ACU+0022FDC or AC U+002F DC or AC(U+002F)DC
I must be doing something wrong.

I'm assuming you're pasting the code "U+????" into your tag editor, and not the literal itself (the fifth column)?
One problem with this approach is if you try to search for the string itself, as you won't find it with AC/DC. I had chosen unicode characters that were "compatible" (as classified by unicode) hoping that search functions would handle the translation, but BubbleUPnP/MinimServer doesn't.
