You can but not directly.

First, setup

tagValue property

Code:

Field3.default={Field1,Field2}

then setup

tagDisplay property

Code:

Artist.displayFormat={$Field3}

and setup either

indexTags or itemTags property

Code:

Field1,Field2,Field3

nb - the tag name you use instead of Field3 must not exist
