Linn Kazoo doesn't show track numbers

You can include track numbers as part of the track title by making the following changes:

itemTags: Tracknumber
tagFormat: Artist.displayFormat={$artist$orchestra$conductor}, Title.displayFormat={$tracknumber^^. $title}

With control points that do show track numbers, the track number will be duplicated.
