I have used Jarfix too Simon, but that did not help either. I guess i have to roll back to older versions of minimserver and minimwatch.
The most problem is not that i can't see the icon in the task bar. The problem is that i can not launch the minimwatch itself, even when i click on the shortcut icon on desltop. And i don't even get any error, it just won't launch.
