Minimwatch 2 no icon

Hello guys, Simon.
I have recently upgraded my minimserver 2 on Synology NAS DS412+ from v.0.8.5.3 to v.2.0.12. I had installed on wiindows 10 x64 minimwatch v.0.8.4 and upgraded to v. 2.0.8. Everything worked fine with older versions of both minimserver on synology and minimwatch on win 10 (except of some features on minimserver settings that has gone after the expiring of MinimStreamer 31st October).
Now, the minimserver 2 on synology works as it should, but the problem is with the new version of minimwatch, i don't seem i am able to open the program by clicking on minimwatch icon. I searched on taskbar but can not find any icon. I installed latest java (jre-8u271-windows-x64). I reboot the computer but that doesn't help. I disabled the firewall temporary, still doesn't work. I have allowed inbound for minimwatch on firewall. still doesn't work. The minimwatch simply doesn't open up. If i unsinstall everythging, minimserver 2 on synology, and minimwatch 2 on windows and re- install the older versions of both minimserver and minimwatch, then everything works fine again, minus the features that has been limited that i had before (on minimserver settings on minimwatch).
Am i doing something wrong?
Bare in mind, when i said that minmserver 2 works on synology, i can see the minimserver 2 on foobar2000 and BubbleUPnP on android.
Can Simon or anyone here guide me, some help please?
