If you have a TotalDiscs tag in your files, you can do this:

album.displayFormat={$album^$date^ (^)}, title.displayFormat={$title^ $composer^ (^)}, artist.displayFormat={$conductor^$albumartist^ (^)$discnumber^ - Disk $totaldiscs^ von }

You also need to add TotalDiscs to itemTags.
