Add suffix in tag display

Is it possible to do something I could have done in Basic 20 years ago?
With Artist.displayFormat={$artist^$composer^, Composer: ^}

Is it possible to modify this with an IF-THEN argument? That is If Composer field is not equal to nothing, Then print "Composer: ", IfNot print "".
In other words "Composer: " only is displayed when there is actually something written in the Composer field.
Would be cool...
