Why is the Phone app not getting a signal (what routing) in order to show up on Phone?

On the audionet app the smart tv parasonic viers is showing up , so this device is before the router with a lan cable connected
The audionet app has some help info
Tips and hints:
-if no UPnP devices can be found check your WLAN connections ( it found the tv so its working wireless)
-If rescan network is executed several times and still no UPnP devices ae found.
You may try to chance th einternet protocol in setting ,and choose between ipv4 , ipv6 , etc => i did nothing happens

Debug mode
I can set a debug mode on the app too with a log file
I send already a message to audionet company but no reaction
So i will send a log to the supportteam today : status@audionet.de
