Thanks for this. The subnet is 10.0.8.0, not 10.0.9.0. This is because the network mask for this subnet is 0xfffffc00 (10.0.8.0/22), not 0xffffff00 (10.0.9.0/24). I have checked the other interfaces and there is nothing there that would conflict with this subnet setting.
