Please can you do the following:
1) Open the log window in MinimWatch 2) Set the logging level to Debug 3) From the Melco front panel Media Server App menu, select Off, then wait a few seconds 4) From the Media Server App menu, select MinimServer 5) Open the log window in MinimWatch 6) Use the 'Save as' button to save the debug log file 7) Zip (or compress) this file and attach the zipped file to a post here I think this is the best way for me to find out why this is happening on your system and not on mine. Many thanks for your help with this. |
