For the time being, please ignore MinimWatch and the Troubleshooting page and use the 9790 web page as I described in my last post. I appreciate that this is less convenient than MinimWatch but it should enable you to get up and running.
If the 9790 page is not working as I have described, this means the problem is with MinimServer, not with MinimWatch or your network. I can advise on further diagnostic and recovery steps if this is the situation. |
