It sounds like something went wrong when you installed Sonore's BubbleUPnP Server app on your Rendu. The best way to resolve this problem would be to contact Sonore. If you click Support from the Sonore website, the first link takes you to the Sonore support forum. It looks like Sonore responds quickly to posts there.
