I have only been using Mosaic for a couple of weeks so I cannot claim to have explored all potential limitations relative to the BubbleUPnP app. So far I am aware of 2 issues:
(1) Listing of albums for browsing, search etc has 'Album' on line 1 and 'Composer' on line 2, rather than 'Artist' which I regard as very important. (2) There is no scroll bar for browsing. It is possible to scan albums or artist names by dragging the listings upwards or, with much less accuracy, swiping upwards. Yesterdays release of the dCS Mosaic control app 1.02 has fixed (1) the Listing of albums and added other browsing features. Scrolling (2) is 'in the works' for future release.
As a result I've just switched from BubbleUPnP to Mosaic. Playback is now gapless and sound quality is improved in my perception.
