Ok, you can change the Album tag of each track in an album as follows:

For the King Crimson - Islands/CD01 - Studio Album
Set Album tag value to “Islands, disc 1: Studio Album”

For the King Crimson - Islands/CD02 - Live In the UK
Set the Album tag value to “Islands, disc 2: Live In the UK”

Etc.

Nb - omit the quotes from the tag value
